Job summary

Vandalia by Del Webb seeks an Onsite Community Manager to lead operations, engage residents, and ensure service excellence in a vibrant 55+ community. You will oversee day-to-day activities, enforce governing documents, and coordinate staff and vendors to maintain property value and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HOA/community management, outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets, events and programs while delivering

Qualifications

• 5 years: Full time, paid, professional experience as an Onsite Community Manager.
• Experience with facilities management such as a Community Center building, resort-style pool & spa and fitness center.
• Experience coordinating and promoting recreational activities and programs, volunteer programs and/or fund raising events.
• Experience in fitness/wellness programming.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business of the association to maintain property values and resident relations.
• Develop working relationships with board members, committee members and owners.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budget, and vendor management.
• Plan and host annual meetings, provide board packages, and notifications.
