Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager in Tallahassee to oversee the daily operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience in housing; CAM/ARM certification is a plus, with strong leadership and on-site software skills.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• On-site leadership to oversee all property operations, personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, training, coaching, and development to meet company benchmarks.
• Develop operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and timely reporting.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
