Job summary

Capital Square Living in Augusta, GA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to co-lead daily operations of a multi-family community. You will manage team activities, resources, and ensure adherence to policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and relevant laws.

Responsibilities include revenue tracking, leasing oversight, delinquency management, market analysis, and driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. Onsite work with standard benefits and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and understand legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Help meet targeted revenues by ensuring rent/fees are collected and posted timely, and assist with monthly financial status reports.
• Oversee leasing: approve applications/renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late charges.
• Manage delinquencies to meet KPI targets per policies and directives.
• Assist with market surveys and marketing/leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and taking action.
• Ensure maintenance teams comply with company standards for safety and appearance.
• Conduct regular community inspections and manage upkeep of grounds/buildings/amenities.
• Complete accounting, financial, administrative reports and other duties as assigned.
