Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to co-lead daily operations at a Macon, GA community. You will oversee team activities, leasing processes, and financial reporting to meet budgeted goals.

You will help manage delinquencies, support marketing strategies, and ensure maintenance and safety standards, while promoting resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated management and supervisory skills to lead and manage teams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively for legal documents and leasing.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.
• Strong proficiency using community management software (Yardi or equivalent).
• Strong math skills for financial records, budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Co-leads day-to-day operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Oversees leasing processes, applications, renewals, and notices as needed.
• Oversees delinquency management to meet KPIs and timelines.
• Assists with market surveys and marketing strategies to boost occupancy.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and responds to service requests promptly.
• Ensures maintenance and safety standards across the community.
• Prepares accounting, financial and administrative reports as assigned.
