Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite HOA or similar management experience (e.g., hospitality, parks and recreation).
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM designation preferred; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days in all other states).

• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Delegation, coaching, and mentoring to build high-performing teams.
• Able to navigate change and maintain resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure alignment with CCMC’s mission and governing documents.
• Build relationships with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Manage budgets, run variance reports, and apply board directives with financial transparency.
• Develop and implement risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Mentor onsite team, delegate tasks, and monitor performance and development.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy decisions.
• Facilitate resident meetings and promote inclusive participation.
