Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Plano, TX seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. You will handle rent collection, banking, invoicing, and reporting using Yardi/OneSite and ensure adherence to policies.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication, and detail orientation. Onsite work with room for growth in a large, global real estate platform offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions including rent and other payments and reconciling bank accounts.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and maintain data integrity.
• Communicate with residents regarding balances and delinencies; enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Review and submit vendor invoices, code charges, and coordinate with owners/clients as needed.
• Assist in managing owner relationships and respond to owner requests.
