Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Community Operations associate to manage financial operations for a residential community. You will collect rents, process invoices, and run daily close-outs using Yardi/OneSite/Entrata.

You will supervise daily activities in the absence of the Community Manager, coordinate maintenance, and support leasing and marketing efforts while ensuring lease compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Operates property management software to record and report financial activity.
• Collects rent and payments; processes invoices and payables.
• Reviews leases and enforces terms to maximize revenue and minimize delinquencies.
• Coordinating move-outs and returns; assists in owner communications.
