Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial operations, leasing support, and on-site supervision for a 345-unit midrise community. You will process rent, deposits, invoices, and reports using Yardi/OneSite, while helping maximize revenue and resident satisfaction.

With 1–3 years in property management or residence life, you’ll apply lease enforcement and coordinate with vendors to assist in marketing and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rent, post payments, and reconcile deposits.
• Use property management software to record and report financials.
• Review resident files for unpaid fees and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices and manage codes and approvals.
• Assist in evictions per policy and appear in court if required.
• Manage move-outs and deposits per terms.
• Support leasing and marketing by greeting prospects and guiding applications.
• Coordinate with owners and provide performance updates.
