Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Community/Property Accountant to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial operations for a 280-unit garden-style community. Responsibilities include rent collection, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing, using Yardi/OneSite to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of lease terms and enforcement.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process rent collection and postings daily.
• Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports.
• Process invoices and payables.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Oversee on-site operations in absence of community manager.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts as needed.
