Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least three years of experience in marketing, event planning, or hospitality.
• Experience coordinating event logistics and managing budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iOS, and digital marketing or graphic design software.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host property events, networking sessions, and health and wellness programming.
• Manage property amenity spaces and common areas.
• Oversee the programming budget and negotiate contracts with local vendors.
• Create property newsletters, marketing collateral, and social media content.
• Maintain the property mobile app portal and conference reservations.
• Serve as a property ambassador with high-touch concierge services.
