Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of marketing and event planning.
• Ability to plan and execute events for 500+ attendees.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant engagement across three downtown Chicago buildings.
• Plan meetings and events for clients and tenants.
• Curate activations in public/private spaces with onsite retailers.
• Coordinate synergies between tenants, retailers, and dining establishments.
• Create programming to foster a property-wide sense of community.
• Assist management with welcome collateral and events for new tenants.
• Respond to tenant inquiries via in-person, phone, and email in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports detailing services provided and invoicing to tenants.
