Job summary

Asset Living in Louisville, CO is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in delinquency management and cash flow optimization for the property.

As an onsite leader, you will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, and administration, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and finances under Community Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Post payments, manage accounts receivable and budget revenue.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred / 2 years housing experience
