Job summary

CM is seeking a dedicated Concierge in the Atlanta Metro area to be the first point of contact for homeowners and the Community Manager. You will assist residents, conduct daily walking inspections, and promptly report issues.

Responsibilities include accepting packages, logging deliveries, notifying residents, maintaining daily logs, and supporting building cleanliness and safety. The role is onsite with variable shifts and may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Three years of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accept and log packages for residents
• Contact homeowners immediately when packages are delivered
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and track them
• Complete daily walking inspections and monitor building cleanliness
• Notify Community Manager of issues needing attention
• Provide daily activity summaries and logs
