Job summary

NFC Amenity Management is seeking a part-time on-site concierge to welcome residents, guests, and vendors and assist with daily needs. The role emphasizes hospitality, quick service, and strong communication in a fast-paced building environment.

Responsibilities include door opening, assisting with packages, coordinating transportation, supporting move-ins/outs at the loading dock, and maintaining a clean amenity space while delivering friendly, professional service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Must have an outgoing personality.
• Hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests.
• Must be able to adhere to a work schedule by arriving on time and wearing the proper uniform.
• Must possess the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to proactively learn about local events and neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors as they enter and exit the building.
• Open the door for residents, guests, vendors, etc. as they enter and exit the building.
• Assist residents with groceries, packages, luggage, and other items as they enter the building, including assistance to their units.
• Assist residents with securing a taxi and/or other transportation from the front door.
• Assist at the loading dock with move-ins/outs.
• Walk the amenity space, ensuring all areas are clean and secure.
