Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a conscientious Concierge to support residents and onsite staff with administrative tasks and top-tier customer service. Regular on-site attendance is required, and you will help prepare lease and welcome materials, distribute resident communications, and update the property website.

You will also assist with office duties, answer phones, greet residents, and coordinate concierge requests such as taxis and packages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years housing industry experience or related experience.
• Ability to use onsite software and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and assist office staff.
• Prepare lease, move-in and welcome packages.
• Answer phones and greet residents and guests with professional service.
• Maintain leasing office and clubhouse cleanliness; update property communications and website.
• Prepare work orders for maintenance and coordinate with staff.
