Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Concierge to support day-to-day leasing office operations at our San Diego property. You will conduct tours, follow-ups, marketing efforts, and resident engagement to drive retention and satisfaction.

The role requires adaptability, attentiveness to brand standards, and a willingness to work evenings and on-call shifts as needed. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups within the leasing office.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and resident events.
• Maintain brand standards across the community and materials.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Be available for evening, weekend, and on-call duties as required.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on partnerships and social media.
