Job summary

Core Spaces LLC in Cincinnati is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations, conduct prospect tours, follow ups, and lead outreach marketing, resident events, and retention efforts.

The role requires a High School Diploma, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a plus, and you will work on-site to present the community and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week as determined by the Community Manager.
• Commit to full shifts on-site (minimum 3 hours per shift).
• Be flexible for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins extending beyond normal PT hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community.
• Follow up with assigned prospects promptly.
• Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Present to student organizations and attend events on behalf of the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Core Spaces Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards.
