Resource Property Management (RPM) in Pinellas County, Florida, seeks a full-time onsite Community Association Manager. The role requires an active Florida CAM license, 2–3 years of management experience, and strong verbal and written communication to coordinate boards, residents, and vendors.

You will prepare budgets, obtain bids, supervise staff, attend meetings, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate financial records and insurance compliance.

Qualificações

• Active Florida CAM license is required.
• 2-3 years of Community Association Manager experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the initial draft of the annual budget and obtain approvals.
• Obtain bids and proposals for on-site work.
• Maintain association insurances and financing options if required.
• Attend board/ membership meetings; arrange coverage if unavailable.
• Prepare board meeting packages with reports, bids, and minutes.
• Monitor expenses and approve invoices in Vantaca.
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy.
• Inform residents about upcoming projects and construction.
• Communicate with board president and members about issues.
• Prepare annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Report injuries to Human Resources immediately.
• Assist board in engaging third-party service providers.
• Provide excellent customer service; respond to calls/emails promptly.
• Report concerns about client discontent to corporate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by VP and the board.
