Job summary

Florida Property Management Strategies (FPMS) is hiring an Onsite Community Association Manager to oversee a residential community in the Miami metropolitan area. You will serve as the liaison between the Board, residents, and vendors, coordinating meetings and reporting on progress and finances.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of CAM experience and a Florida CAM license, with strong knowledge of HOA/Condominium operations, budgeting, and governing documents.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED.
• 4–6 years of Community Association Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA/Condominium operations, budgeting, vendor management, and governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned community.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors.
• Coordinate and attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings as needed.
• Prepare management reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up items.
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and community projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure community standards are maintained.
• Assist with budgeting, financial review, and reserve planning.
• Ensure compliance with association governing documents and Florida statutes.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve resident concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, violations, and community communications.
