RC Hospitality Solutions in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple associations. You will lead boards, liaise with homeowners, staff and vendors, manage finances, maintenance, and compliance while delivering service with hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Board of Directors, attend meetings, and run meetings per Robert’s Rules of Order.
• Serve as liaison between Boards, on-site managers, tenants and homeowners.
• Analyze options and present clear recommendations to the Board.
• Respond to owner concerns and resolve complaints, disturbances and rule violations.
• Keep owners informed through newsletters and communications.
• Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment; plan maintenance and major repairs.
• Write RFPs, solicit bids, and compare bids.
• Oversee contracted vendors and monitor contracts.
