Job summary

Access Management seeks an experienced, Florida-licensed Community Association Manager for an on-site General Manager role at a premier property. You will supervise the community, manage vendors and contracts, and oversee budgeting, invoicing, and guest/board interactions.

This role also covers on-site food and beverage operations. Requirements include a Florida CAM license and 5+ years in HOA/COA/POA management; hospitality experience and project management background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CAM license required.
• Minimum of 5 years actively managing HOA/COA/POA.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with special project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the community association per management agreement and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Association Board and homeowners as needed.
• oversee budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting to the Board.
• Monitor vendor performance and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate and/or oversee building facilities inspections and follow-up actions.
• Oversee accounts payable in line with home office processes.
• Support on-site food and beverage operations with executive chef and front-of-house manager.
