Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum community association management experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Active Florida LCAM license for at least 1 year is required; valid driver’s license also required.
• Strong knowledge of condo/HOA operations and Florida statutes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners' associations.
• Serve as primary liaison to Boards, residents, vendors, and onsite staff.
• Coordinate Board meetings, agendas, reports, and follow-up actions.
• Manage vendors/contractors and supervise onsite staff for quality service.
• Enforce governing documents and community rules; maintain compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operations.
• Participate in training, meetings, and professional development.
