Job summary

Resource Property Management is seeking a Full-time Onsite Manager in Pinellas County, Florida. The ideal candidate will hold an active Florida CAM license and bring 2–3 years of Community Association Manager experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will prepare annual budgets, obtain bids, and manage board meetings. Responsibilities include ensuring insurance and financing needs, preparing board packages, and monitoring expenses and resident communications.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license required.
• 2–3 years of Community Association Manager experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial draft annual budgets within the timeline for supervisor approval.
• Obtain bids and proposals for on-site work.
• Maintain all association insurances and financing options as needed.
• Attend board and membership meetings; secure coverage or reschedule with board approval.
• Prepare board meeting packages with reports, agenda and minutes 3+ days before meetings.
• Monitor expenses and approve invoices in Vantaca.
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and budget compliance.
• Communicate upcoming projects to residents in a timely manner.
