Job summary

Associa in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to lead onsite operations for a residential community. You will liaise with the Association Board, homeowners, and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years as an LCAM, a Florida LCAM license, and strong skills in Microsoft Office, customer service, and communications to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Valid Florida LCAM license is required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of LCAM experience managing HOA properties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or related industry.
  • Proficiency in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
  • Proficient in customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Able to work effectively with others in person and in group settings.
  • Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally by phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as or overseeing the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
  • Traveling to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as needed.
  • Preparing annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing within deadlines.
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
  • Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures.

Associa is currently looking for a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. As the Onsite Community Association Manager of our beautiful community, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

The Community Association Manager (LCAM) helps the company grow by:

  • Acting as or overseeing the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.

  • Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.
Requirements
  • Valid Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) license is required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an LCAM managing HOA properties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
  • Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or other related industry
