Job summary

Associa is seeking an Onsite Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our team at one of our communities in Panama City Beach, FL. You will work closely with clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments to support the HOA and property operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida LCAM license, excels in customer service, and can manage multiple projects, board relationships, and financial disclosures with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Florida LCAM license is required.
• Experience in community management or hospitality.
• Proficient in professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Attend board meetings, perform inspections and walk-throughs.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages and financial statements.
• Review monthly financial reports and assist with capital expenditures.
• Maintain strong vendor and client relationships.

Job Description

Associa is currently looking for an Onsite LicensedCommunity Association Manager(LCAM) to join our team at one of our beautiful communities in Panama City Beach, FL. As an OnsiteCommunity Association Manager, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need greatcustomer serviceskills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

How will you make an impact?

TheCommunity Association Manager(CAM) helps the company grow by:

• Acting as or overseeing the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as needed and per the management agreement.
• Preparing annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing of same within the time frames set by state statute or governing documents.
• Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
• Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.

Requirements

• Valid FloridaCommunity Association Manager(LCAM) License
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office(word, excel, outlook)
• Experience inCommunity Management,customer service, hospitality or other related industry
• Proficiency in typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
• Proficient inCustomer Serviceand conflict resolution
• Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting
• Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person
