Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve inquiries across the center.
• Assist with Wi‑Fi codes, directions, packages, and AV setup as needed.
• Process invoices and ensure services are charged correctly.
• Organize events and coordinate with the City Manager to maintain a welcoming workspace.
• Maintain center tidiness and assist with daily operations.
