This onsite Charlotte, NC role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships and delivering tailored security solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales Support to ensure successful project delivery while consistently meeting or exceeding sales

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of commercial security sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative sales approach and passion for helping customers solve problems.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet with decision-makers to identify security and technology needs.
• Develop and present customized solutions for commercial clients.
• Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Sales Support to ensure successful project delivery.
