Qualifications

• One or more years of related operations, inventory, fulfillment, collectibles, or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational, data-entry, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Auction: unpack, sort, label, and enter consignments into the database.
• Organize property by auction, consignment, category, and processing status.
• Ensure items are prepared for imaging and meet deadlines.
• Post-Auction: retrieve and prepare purchased items for shipping or pickup, verify against invoices.
