Job summary

Heritage Auctions, the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer, seeks an entry-level position focused on presenting consignments. You will sort, clean, tag, and label items, unpack and enter property details into the database, and assist with client pickups after auctions.

The role involves heavy lifting and rapid, accurate handling of items in a fast-paced team setting. Located south of Dallas, this on-site role offers opportunities to learn across sections, from Coins to Comics, with benefits

Qualifications

• General knowledge of pop culture preferred.
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail.
• Individuals must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Enter item information into the computer system accurately (pre-auction).
• Ensure all items are imaged in a timely manner (pre-auction).
• Prepare, sort, clean, and label items for auction (pre-auction).
• Prepare orders for shipping and ship promptly after auctions (post-auction).
• Process remaining onsite items until payments are received.
