You will unpack, organize, and label consignments, enter data into the database, and assist with imaging and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience with operations, inventory, fulfillment, or administrative tasks preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational, data-entry, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, sort, organize, and label consignments for auctions.
• Enter item and inventory data into the company database.
• Coordinate imaging and manage inventory throughout the auction process.
• Prepare items for shipping or client pickup after auctions.
• Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies promptly.
