Job summary

Heritage Auctions is seeking an entry-level Auction Operations Assistant to support pre- and post-auction tasks for trading card games, non-sports cards, manga, and related collectibles. You will unpack, organize, label items, enter data into the company database, and assist with imaging coordination and inventory management.

This role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and customer service as you prepare consignments, verify orders, and help clients during pickups.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related operations, inventory, fulfillment, collectibles, or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel; MS Office experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, data-entry, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, sort, organize, and label TCG, non-sports card, manga, and related collectible consignments.
• Enter item and inventory information into the company database accurately.
• Organize property by auction, consignment, category, and processing status; assist with imaging coordination.
• Retrieve and prepare purchased items for shipping or client pickup; verify items against invoices.
• Package orders carefully and in accordance with handling procedures; maintain records of property movement.
