Job summary

Perimeter Medical Imaging AI in Dallas, TX seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to support on-site demonstrations, onboarding, and educational services for our oncology imaging platform. You will act as an expert for Perimeter OCT devices, provide image interpretation training to customers, and drive clinical programs to maximize device utilization and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of clinical industry experience or allied health professional degree.
• Experience with operations management of health care facilities.
• Proven key account management.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively 85% within the U.S.
• Willingness to provide technical and procedural support in a fast-paced live surgical environment
• Must satisfy medical credentialing requirements, including immunizations and background checks
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts quickly
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop clinical programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DICOM viewers, and other digital tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven relationship-building and presentation abilities
• Accountability and teamwork orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site product demonstrations, onboarding, and educational services for live surgeries.
• Act as an expert user for Perimeter OCT devices and image interpretation.
• Deliver clinical, technical, educational, and sales support to maximize revenue and utilization.
• Provide image training to internal and external users.
• Offer continued procedural and technical support for all Perimeter products in clinical and commercial settings.
• Prepare and deliver clinical case reports and presentations with images and results.
• Identify and troubleshoot field product issues.
• Develop activities to meet clinical and sales objectives.
• Expand OCT usage in existing accounts and identify new surgeons or surgeries.
• Prospect for new installations and upgrades.
• Provide effective customer communication and feedback to the company.
• Provide SME input and data annotation for AI algorithm development.
• Contribute to training program initiatives when assigned by product team.
