Job summary

Perimeter Medical Imaging AI is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for on-site support in the Los Angeles area, with extensive travel across the U.S. You will demonstrate imaging systems, interpret OCT images, and support customers clinically and technically.

The role requires a clinical background, strong communication skills, and the ability to train users while driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of clinical industry experience or allied health degree.
• Experience with operations management of health care facilities.
• Proven key account management.
• Willingness to travel extensively (85% ~4 days per week) within the U.S.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and analyze customer data.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site product demonstrations and onboarding for new customers in live surgical settings.
• Act as an expert user for Perimeter OCT devices and image interpretation.
• Offer clinical, technical, educational, and sales support to maximize revenue and utilization.
• Provide image training and device use to internal staff and external users.
• Deliver professional clinical case reports and presentations to customers for review.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate field product issues.
• Expand OCT usage in existing accounts and prospect for new installations.
• Provide SME and data annotation of medical images for AI algorithm development.
