Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of clinical industry experience.
• Experience with operations management of health care facilities.
• Proven key account management.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively 85% (~4 days per week) within the U.S.
• Willingness to provide technical and procedural support in a fast-paced live surgical environment.
• Must be willing to satisfy medical credentialing requirements, including immunizations, background checks, and drug screening.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop clinical programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DICOM viewers, and image analysis tools.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site product demonstrations and onboarding for clinical imaging products.
• Offer expert user support for Perimeter OCT devices and image interpretation.
• Support customers with clinical, technical, educational, and sales needs to maximize revenue and utilization.
• Deliver image training to internal staff and external users.
• Provide ongoing onsite procedural and technical support for Perimeter products.
• Prepare and present professional clinical case reports and images for review.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report field product issues.
• Contribute to achieving clinical and sales objectives.
• Expand OCT usage by identifying new surgeons and surgeries.
• Prospect for new system installations and upgrades.
• Maintain effective customer communication and feedback to the company.
• Provide SME and data annotation for AI algorithm development.
• Contribute to training program initiatives when requested by the product team.
