Job summary

Medcor is hiring a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at a construction site clinic in Wink, Texas.

The role requires overseeing clinic workflows, scheduling, and operations, with patient care and workers’ compensation case management as core duties. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and Medcor leadership, and ensure OSHA record-keeping and RTW program support.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as EMT or Paramedic in Texas.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work in a construction environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating or supporting clinic workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic workflows, logistics and scheduling.
• Manage clinic operations and collaborate with client stakeholders and Medcor leadership.
• Provide hands-on patient care and workers’ compensation case management.
• Support Return to Work programs and monitor treatment plans.
• Maintain OSHA record-keeping and coordinate with external providers.
