Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT/Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at a construction-site clinic in Boise, ID. The role runs 7am-5pm with potential shifts changing to meet client needs.

You will oversee clinic operations, coordinate with health, safety, HR, and benefits teams, and supervise staff in a hands-on environment. You will provide patient care, case management, OSHA records, RTW support, and work with external medical providers.

Qualifications

• Be able to lead and support a clinic team.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and valid licensure for the position.
• Able to lift a 50lb EMS bag and operate in a construction site setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee clinic workflows and daily operations.
• Provide superior service to client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries per MCPs.
• Collaborate with client health, safety, HR and benefits teams.
• Maintain documentation using EMR and other tools.
• Manage pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Oversee OSHA record-keeping and RTW program support.
