Job summary

Medcor is hiring a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at our construction-site clinic in Plano, Texas. Shifts are 7am–5pm and may vary based on client needs.

You will oversee clinic operations, staffing and scheduling, coordinate with health, safety, environmental, HR and benefits professionals, and ensure high-quality patient care under Medcor protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires EMT or Paramedic licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lead a clinic team and coordinate scheduling.
• Strong computer skills and EMR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic workflows, logistics and scheduling.
• Manage clinic operations and staffing.
• Collaborate with client health, safety, HR and benefits teams.
• Document information using EMR software and other tools.
• Support pre-employment screenings and PATs.
