Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to be the Clinic Manager at our construction site clinic in Boardman, OR. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7a‑5p, with potential weekends. *** Days and hours may change or vary based on clients needs.

*** Per diem 140/day for qualified travelers. In this hands-on manager role you will oversee clinic workflows, logistics and scheduling, and work closely with health, safety, HR and benefits professionals, as well as Medcor's medical and operations

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lead a clinic team and manage operations.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Willingness to work at heights in a construction environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Medcor leadership.
• Provide patient care and case management.
• Maintain OSHA records and Return to Work programs.
• Support on-site employee health and wellness initiatives.
