Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at a construction-site clinic in Conover, NC. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, with variability based on client needs.

The role involves overseeing clinic workflows, patient care, and coordination with health, safety, and HR professionals. The position requires current EMT or Paramedic licensure and CPR/BLS certification, comfort with a manual workload, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as EMT or Paramedic and CPR/BLS certified.
• Experience in supervising clinic operations or EMS field care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling.
• Manage clinic operations and collaborate with client stakeholders.
• Handle case management, RTW program support, and OSHA records.
• Coordinate with Medcor medical and operational leadership.
