Job summary

Medcor in Sandusky, OH is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at a construction-site clinic. Hours are 7:00am–5:00pm with potential changes based on client needs.

You will oversee clinic workflows, logistics and scheduling, working with client stakeholders and Medcor leadership. The ideal candidate will have valid licensure and CPR/BLS, strong computer and EMR skills, and the ability to lift 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Be able to operationally lead and support a clinic team.
• Have valid licensure for the position and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer and EMR software skills; proficient with technology.
• Able to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; outgoing personality.
• Willing to go above and beyond; passionate about patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations.
• Provide superior customer service to the client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses per MCPs.
• Build and maintain internal team relationships and collaborate with client professionals.
• Oversee patient care, workers’ comp case management, RTW support and OSHA records.
• Coordinate with outside medical providers and document in EMR systems.
