Job summary

Medcor is hiring an EMT or Paramedic on a PRN basis as an Onsite Health Technician at the construction site clinic in Haskell, TX. The schedule runs 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with hours subject to client needs.

Applicants should be comfortable in a construction environment, able to climb stairs, and willing to travel with new client projects. The role emphasizes patient care, workers’ compensation case management, RTW facilitation, and collaboration with local medical providers.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid licensure for EMT or Paramedic
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work at heights as needed
• Positive, outgoing personality with patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership at Medcor
• Provide patient care at the on-site clinic
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and RTW program facilitation
• Document care using EMR and other tools
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
• Perform pre-employment and post-offer screenings
• Participate in daily clinic operations and ensure quality patient service
