Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at a construction site clinic in the Sloatsburg, NY region. Hours are Mon-Fri 0700-1700. The role involves oversight of clinic workflows, patient care, and coordination with client stakeholders.

Prior licensure, CPR/BLS, and EMR familiarity are required. You will work with health, safety, HR, and benefits teams, manage RTW programs, and ensure OSHA record keeping.

Qualifications

• Be able to operationally lead and support a clinic team.
• Have valid licensure for the position and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer and technology skills (navigate cell phones, texting, fax) and familiarity with EMR software.
• Be strong enough to lift a 50lb emergency response bag, climb stairs.
• Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Have a positive and outgoing personality.
• Be willing to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling.
• Provide clinic operations oversight and patient care.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across functions (health, safety, HR, benefits).
• Support Return to Work programs and OSHA record keeping.
• Work closely with outside medical providers.
