Mass General Brigham's Andover Medical Center is seeking a full-time Practice Assistant to join the front desk team in the Internal Medicine suite. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and blends administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth patient flow.

Key duties include scheduling, check-in/check-out, greeting patients, handling calls, processing forms and coordinating with departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of office experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service or physician practice office.
• Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients; answer telephones and schedule inquiries.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to the medical record.
• Handle patient flow and assist in clinic operations as needed.
