Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New York to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, aligning with the client’s objectives and building a collaborative partnership. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive long-term evolution of the client program, including pricing, service delivery, and strategic planning with HR and operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction and expanding business relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Manage recruitment teams, monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure success.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and market share.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Escalate client issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure SLA adherence.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and participate in thought leadership activities.
