Job summary

Viking Client Services, LLC in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide ongoing communication with client staff and management while delivering high-quality customer care. This onsite role requires timely completion of tasks and collaboration across Viking departments.

You will handle mail processing, account data, reports, and data entry, with on-site presence required from 8am and a 7am-5pm mail window.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year customer service experience in an office environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Collaboration with departments to achieve detail-oriented projects.
• Exposure to the collection/billing industries helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create/coordinate and forward varied reports and account data, both to the clients and to Viking Team Managers and Collection staff as received from clients, this includes but is not limited to projections, collection data, consumer complaints, and audit reports and questionnaires.
• Ensure that all requested information from a client is prepared by the correct Viking employees and forwarded within the expected time frame.
• Oversight and maintenance of client accounts in Viking's internal operation system as directed by client guidelines.
• Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• On-site presence is required for the fulfillment of mail processes. Mail is received between the hours of 7am-5pm. Position requires being on site at our Eden Prairie headquarters by 8am.
