Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, highly organized, efficient, detail oriented and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Print, scan, and process remotely created checks during midday shifts Sunday-Thursday (Generally 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM, with shifts beginning as early as 9 AM on Thursday)
• Review and resolve exceptions and issues related to check processing
• Document and archive inbound consumer correspondence
• Sort and deliver insurance-related correspondence
• Review and approve letters designated for delivery
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Payment Processing Manager
• Support other document processes managed by the Client Services Department (10 hours a week will be dedicated to Client Services)
