Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an on-site Colorado Springs assistant responsible for prompt delivery of tasks and exceptional customer service. You will handle mail/courier duties, reception, shipping, inventory, and other site services as needed.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime. Training and cross-functional coverage are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Provide strong customer service and satisfaction.
• Contribute to Site Procedure Guide documenting account processes.
• Location-based responsibilities may include Copy/Print/Courier/Reception/Shipping/Inventory.
• Attends cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and coverage may change based on client needs.
