Job summary

Dayforce HCM, Inc. seeks an Onsite Client Operations Supervisor for the Virginia- DC region. You will oversee efficient operation of assigned accounts, assist in training and staffing, and provide onsite coverage at multiple facilities.

You will support ROIS staff, monitor performance, ensure HIPAA compliance, and contribute to process improvements while coordinating scheduling and payroll approvals. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• RHIT certification preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and management.
• RHIT certification or ROI certification within 90 days if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Answer day-to-day questions posed by clients and ROIS.
• Meet facility revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Assist in training and staffing; provide coverage at various sites.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports.
• Manage scheduling of onsite staff and payroll approvals.
• Assist in hiring and termination processes; participate in disciplinary actions.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

RHIT Certification, preferred

ROI Certification course ability (within 90 days)

Effective communication with clients and staff
