Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Prior Supervisory experience
• A valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and management
• Experience with medical records or healthcare is beneficial
• HIPAA privacy standards knowledge required
• RHIT certification or ROI certification within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Meet facility revenue goals on a consistent basis
• Train and evaluate ROIS staff onsite and remotely
• Schedule onsite staff and approve payroll
• Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Travel to various accounts as needed
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
