Job summary

Verisma is seeking a Client Operations Manager to oversee the efficient operation of assigned accounts, with on-site attendance required at multiple facilities. You will train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and work with Client management to optimize workflows.

This on-site role requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge (HIPAA), and the ability to travel to various accounts. Previous healthcare records experience is beneficial and RHIT/ROI certification progress is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• A valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff members and management.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare is beneficial.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards, required.
• RHIT certification or ROI Certification ability within 90 days is required.
• Ability to travel to various assigned accounts.
• Ability to report to work consistently with minimal unplanned schedule deviations.

Responsibilities

• Meet facility revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Answers day-to-day questions posed by clients and ROIS.
• Identifies opportunities to increase productivity.
• Prepares weekly dashboard and month-end operational performance reports.
• Monitors productivity and quality to ensure high customer service satisfaction.
• Assists in training and evaluation of ROIS staff, onsite and remote.
• Assists in hiring, training and terminating employees.
• Manages scheduling of onsite staff and payroll approvals.
• Maintains confidentiality of facility information.
• Provides input into site procedures and workflows.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet department needs.
